• Please complete all sections of the application form
• Your application should reflect yourself and your passion to be a health professional
• Students are to submit the completed application form no later than 10 May for Cairns and Mackay.
• Mount Isa applications are now closed. Rockhampton applications will open soon.
• All students that apply will be notified by email on the success of their application.
